Insurance Information

At Austin Center for Endodontics we make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff. Patient Billing

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and CareCredit. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at Austin Center for Endodontics Phone Number512-879-1350. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.


Office Financial Policy

If we only provide Endodontic Evaluation (Limited Evaluation, Consultation):

This consists of an examination and testing, discussing the likelihood of maintaining the tooth and treatment options available to you. Payment is due at the time of service. As a curtesy, we can file your claim or we can give you a claim form to file yourself.

Those without dental insurance: You will be required to pay the full amount at the time of service.

Those with dental insurance: If you have Cigna or Humana, you will pay up front the day of service and we will file the claim for you and assign you the patient the benefits. All other insurance companies we will be able to give you an estimate of the amount due and you will leave a credit card on file. If there is any balance we will call you the day before we run your card (in case you want to use a new credit card or if balance is over $200 we can make payment arrangements).

CareCredit®, a Synchrony solution, offers healthcare patient payment options for treatments and procedures your insurance doesn't cover.
